The room was updated and cheap, included with comfortable bed, nice bedding and a couch. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from Towne Center Mall. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

It made our trip to Fayetteville a really comfortable experience. Enjoyed our rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Towne Center Mall: )

Newly remodelled hotel, its facilities are excellent. Favourable location, nice area, very close to restaurant, and stores and restaurants. Also, easy to get to Matilda Joslyn Gage Foundation. Great choice for thanksgiving.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in central New York that I highly recommend. Craftsman Inn & Suites provided clean and comfortable rooms with soft and warm beds. The breakfast choices satisfied our diverse tastes, including hot fried eggs, quiche, sausage, bacon or ham. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making our traveling with pets easy. I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location across from a shopping mall and with a restaurant right next door. it was a fantastic experience and I wish there were more hotels like Craftsman Inn & Suites.

booked a king size room early afternoon when arrived was told only 2 double beds. why make a reservation when what you w ant is not there on arrival. Shower had low water pressure. No complimentary sunday newspaper. Wasnt what I expected. Lady at counter was helpful but kind of gave impression if you dont like it thats OK. Not Impressed

Stylish trendy boutique hotel with big size rooms. What a very welcoming and pleasant staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities.

The room is reasonably priced.

The online rate - but it was so much less than the rate when I called, what gives? And then when I called was not offered the same rate

A little pricey at the resturant

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right across from a shopping mall. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms with very comfortable beds are kept very clean. The hotel has been updated with contemporary features, and the breakfast offers fresh foods pleasantly displayed with many options.

we found all the quilts on the bed much too hot. Just the sheet too cool. Poor airconditioner.

We like the design f the Inn, particularly the Sticklety furnishings as well as the location (close to shopping and other services).

The inn is showing its age--peeling paint on the exterior and some of the carpet is worn. The room's clock radio was not working as well as one of the televisions. We asked that the clock radio be replaced and were given a clock (no radio). The maid only did a superficial job of prparing the room--the coffee was not rplensihed and the clarpet was never vacuumed (over a 5-day stay). We had stayed at the Inn two years ago and had a better experience then.

Newly renovated and appealing hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. New-fashioned and updated rooms with a couch and large television, for example and hospitable service - just as we expected. The staff were decent and knowledgeable and the location was favourable very close to everything.
